Cancellation Policy :

2)        All Refund shall be made in to Devotees Bank account which was use to make the payment EBS Standard Terms and Condition regarding Refund Will Apply in Addition to the Following Terms.

            3)         Devasthaan Offer No Guarantee of any nature for the timelineness of the refund reaching Devotees Account.

                Devasthaan takes no responsibility in respect of the services provided and Devotees shall not be entitled to make any claim against the Devasthaan for deficiency in the services provided by the Devasthaan. The Devotees shall not publish, Display, Upload or transmit any information prohibited under Rule 3(2) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011

                In case of non-compliance of the terms and conditions of usage by the User, the Devasthaan has the right to immediately terminate the access or usage right of the Devotees to the computer resource of the Devasthaan and remove the non=complaint information.
